WESTBORN is dedicated to crafting limited-production traditional method sparkling wines that express the terroir of some of the most prestigious Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier vineyards in Sonoma, Napa, and Mendocino.

WESTBORN’s relentless pursuit of excellence lead us to source fruit from vineyards of unparalleled caliber—some of the most revered ‘Grand Cru’ vineyards of Northern California—iconic names like Hyde, Hudson, Charles Heintz, Ritchie, Silver Eagle, UV, Gap’s Crown, Durell, Ferrington, and van der Kamp.

After years of meticulous winemaking and patiently aging the bottles en tirage, we are ecstatic to announce the release of our inaugural wines, slated for the second half of 2024.
